ingredients. The ginger, garlic, peppers and other

fresh ingredients are purchased on the day we make

the sauce to ensure quality and freshness. We also

select what we believe to be the best cane syrup and

Jamaican Rum. As a result, our prices may be higher

than what you would pay at your neighborhood

grocery store, but we believe the end result is worth

it. Give it a try, if nothing else, you can always go

back to your original brand. But, if you enjoy our

sauces and seasonings as much as we do, we will be

happy to make you some more. More products will be added to this list, with our next
